the little Abigail in her own opinion said ladies are the major cause of it, she spoke concerning the viral video of the lady that was harassed for dressing indecently.
she said with the way the lady dressed many men already had it in mind to rape her.
The 10years old girl who had just written her common entrance examination further spoke to the Nigeria government to fight against Indecent dressing.
not only in Nigeria she also addressed the government all over the world to fight against indecent dressing.
