The president of the federal republic of Nigeria Muhammed Buhari has told the youth to stop the Endears protest. as it is for there own good.
President Muhammed Buhari today, told the Nigerian youth who have been protesting under the emphasis of Endsars movement, that it is for their interest to keep the peace.
According to statement by special adviser on media and publicity Femi Adeshina. the president spoke while receiving in audience the deputy Secretary general of the united nation Amina Muhammad and the Nigeria former minister of environment at the presidential villa in Abuja.
Speaking specifically on the recent Endsars protest which lead to lost of lives and destruction of public and private properties, The president said he will send a team in which the chief of staff professor Ibrahim Gambari will take a lead. this team are to go round the country to talk to the traditional rulers. so they would talk to the youth to end the protest.
The president added that the views of the youth have been heard, and further stated that is administration inherited severe infrastruture deficit which he is working very hard to correct with the limit of the available resources.
